I was going to call you again but decided it's best to say this in writing.
I was just so very pleased with the crew you sent to my Mum's last Friday.
They were so friendly and nothing was too much to trouble.
We can back to a very clean unit and given it was 38degs that added to my appreciation.
I would welcome them back anytime Mum's unit needs a clean.
